Cars and Coffee: Western Mass (April 2012)

UPDATE: To see the video for the May event, click here.

Cars and Coffee events, small-scale meets popular throughout the country, often start earlier and run later than the rest of the auto show season, and while last Sunday's show in Western Massachusetts was early, it had a strong season-opener vibe. Kringle Candle, a fantastic store and restaurant, made a great location, and the range of cars present was huge; a MK1 GTI sat back-to-back with a McLaren MP4, and a 500-horse E39 next to a one-of-99 Gordon Keeble. It's a nice, relaxed meet, and one I'd recommend going to if you're in the area. Check their Facebook page for the dates of upcoming events.

Wasn't expecting to see the Ferrari and McLaren.

Also where are you sourcing your music from?

The Ferrari has been there before, but the McLaren was a shock to me, too, especially a registered and local New England car.

Music comes from Creative Commons sources for now, often from Jamendo.com. There's usually a variety and many have no usage restrictions, making it an easily accessible and fitting source of music (if you find the right pieces).

That's a sweet ride. How many other bimmers were there?

Yeah, that one was impressive, and the owner was a cool guy. There was a clean, black Z4M Coupe next to that car, but that was about it. Hopefully the word will get out around the BMW forums before next month.
